How does it work?

Simple. You put 4 pieces of information into the tool:

The coins that you currently own
The quantity of each coin you currently own
Which assets (coins) you want to buy
The desired target % distribution of the coins

Click ‘Calculate’, and our Portfolio Rebalancer will tell you exactly how many of each coin you need to buy or sell to get the desired distribution based on real-time prices. It will show you a clear overview of recommended actions, 2 distribution donut charts, and if you want details you can see more by clicking open the asset details.

Why does it matter?

When you are investing, it is useful to have a certain portfolio of coins in mind that you want to have and with a certain distribution. When you started that distribution might have been different from what you currently want. Also, prices of coins have changed over time, which impacts the distribution within your existing portfolio too. To realign your current portfolio with your desired portfolio, you might have to rebalance.

Then comes the tricky part: which number of coins do you need to buy or sell from each coin exactly? They all have different prices per coin. This is where our handy Portfolio Rebalancer comes in. It does all the calculating for you!
