11. Governing Law; Submission to Jurisdiction
These Terms, along with any disputes or legal proceedings that may arise between you and us in relation to or arising out of these Terms or your use of or access to the Service, will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without considering any conflicting legal principles. You acknowledge that any violation of the sections "Prohibited Activities" or "License and Intellectual Property Rights" would result in immediate and irreversible harm to Chainalytics, for which monetary damages would not be sufficient. In addition to any other remedies available to Chainalytics, they will be entitled to seek injunctive relief without the need to prove damages or post a bond or security in the event of such a violation or potential violation.
